We are currently recruiting for Bank Administrators (Bands 2,3 and 4) for our sites across the county.

As a Bank worker you can work flexibly to fill a temporary vacancy or short-term staffing shortages. You may be asked to work at any time, with just a few days' - or hours' - notice.

Joining Trust Temps will you give loads of variety so it's a chance to work in different environments; one day you could be in a clinical setting or GP practice and the next, a Head Office assignment.

You can choose the location and shift patterns that suit you and your family needs and commitments. You can either work in just the one site or across multiple locations, whichever suits you best.

As well as competitive rates of pay you will be eligible for many of the benefits offered to substantive staff, including

  • Unsocial hours enhancements (where applicable)
  • Paid annual leave as a percentage of work completed
  • Monthly or weekly pay your choice

Bank workers are paid hourly:
£10.37 to £10.90 (Band 2) £11.11 to £11.85 (Band 3), £12.25 to £13.34 (Band 4) dependant on previous NHS experience.

What do we need from you?

  • Please ensure you meet the person specification and have the relevant qualifications and recent experience required for the role before applying. This is not a training role.
  • Relevant recent experience of working in a busy office environment with excellent communication and administration skills, along with being a proficient Microsoft Office 365 user.
  • We ask you to be available to work a minimum of three days per week
  • Employment in this post requires an Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the Trust.


Successful applicants will be invited to a values based assessment and interview day in Wimborne, Dorset on Friday 27th January; you will need to be available for the full day if invited.

Ifsuccessful at interview you will be asked to undertake a 20 minute computer/administration skills assessment at Sentinel House in Poole at a date to be confirmed.
