A leading healthcare communications agency is seeking an Associate Brand Director to join their vibrant team in London.

About the Role:

Join a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence in health communications. As the Associate Brand Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency's brand offerings and driving business growth. Collaborate with talented colleagues across various disciplines to deliver impactful solutions that prioritise audience needs and achieve tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and enhance the agency's brand offerings in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead the acquisition of new brand/marketing clients and accounts.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary resources to deliver exceptional work.
  • Act as the go-to expert for brand and marketing queries, providing mentorship to colleagues.
  • Plan and monitor finances, ensuring profitability across assigned accounts.
  • Craft and deliver compelling new business proposals.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts.
  • Provide effective leadership for all accounts under your supervision.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Inspire and engage both your team and the wider consultancy group.

About You:

  • Experience in health/pharmaceutical marketing or advertising in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in omnichannel marketing and integrated brand campaign delivery.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior-level clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Insightful understanding of end-user needs.
  • Experience in brand strategy development and implementation.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Veeva and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Competence in patient and healthcare professional journey planning.
