An exciting fixed term/secondment opportunity has arisen for a full time Service Administrator to work as part of an established Administration team in Gastroenterology, based in Bowmoor House, Wonford site.

The key aspects of the role to include:

Providing excellent customer care. Hospital visits can be stressful and daunting, so you will be a great communicator with strong customer service skills to put our patients at ease, treating them with tact and empathy Ensuring all administrative processes and enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Administrator to join the Gastroenterology team.

We can offer a busy and varied role within a vibrant and supportive team. Our teams are made up of dedicated, patient focused individuals, who communicate well and have great interpersonal skills. They are organised problem solvers with strong attention to detail. Good IT skills are a must They come from a range of backgrounds, but skills acquired through customer service, secretarial or administrative roles have all helped them to succeed in their roles.
