About the role
Night Team Members work any 5 days out of 7 nights each week with standard shifts running between 23:00 & 07:30.
Everything we do is always focused on assuring guests of the comfort, control and confidence of restful and rejuvenating sleep.

Responsibilities include;**- Maintain accurate and efficient reception operations, to include managing all guest enquires, delivering friendly and professional customer service
- Work closely with the reservations department to maximise sales and repeat custom at every opportunity
- Guide guests through the booking, checkin and checkout process, promoting 'Smart Room Control', upselling where appropriate
- To ensure professional telephone skills are carried out when taking a reservation and fielding all other calls
- To have an understanding of the PMS System and use it to the best of its ability for checkin, checkout, reservations and payment of bills
- To be able to deal with any complaints effectively and efficiently following the Company guideline introducing the relevant manager if & when needed
