The role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Survey to take ownership of the commercial management of key contracts. This is a hands-on role where you will be part of the commercial team that will help deliver the growth strategy for the business. You will be involved in all stages from estimating & bids, through to completion of each project.

An idea of what you'll be doing:

  • You will be creating high quality print and digital artwork.
  • You will create and manage regular content for all marketing channels including asset creation / management - case studies, web sites, pitch decks.
  • You will be assisting with administering the Company website.
  • You will be assisting in promotions and campaigns and attend events as necessary.
  • You will contribute new and innovative ideas for marketing and promotional ideas.
  • You will help establish a clear market proposition and ensure the brand always reflects this.


Requirements

When you join you will go through our top-notch induction and onboarding process and have opportunities to develop further through our in-house training academy.


You'll have a proven track record of:
  • Producing video and photographic content, proficient in capturing, editing and publishing.
  • Developing, promoting and supporting the management of all social media, keeping ahead of the new opportunities to market and develop our brand.
  • Producing briefs and presentations for creative, digital and PR.
  • Measuring marketing effectiveness both internally and externally, collating information from ROI and reporting and/or presenting on the results.
  • Working with Senior management to advise on and develop best strategies for targeted marketing campaigns.
You'll already have experience & qualifications in:
  • Proficient in the use of Productivity and Collaboration Software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc. across multiple platforms such as smart phones, tablets, laptops etc.
  • Experience of using Hootsuite, Photoshop, Wordpress, Hubspot, video editing and others
  • Confident in the use of the full adobe creative suite
  • Excellent attention to detail within a fast paced environment whilst demonstrating a collaborative and positive 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent understanding of how to interpret data from tools such as Google Analytics
