We are seeking a Trainee Team Administrator to support the smooth running of our London office function, staff and Partners.


This key role will provide an effective and comprehensive administrative service, including diary management, typing, document production, meeting arrangements, message taking, and maintaining excellent customer service.


Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining diaries, making travel arrangements
  • Dealing with daily post
  • Switchboard duties
  • Booking the internal and shared meeting rooms and managing all meeting requirements, ensuring the meeting rooms are maintained and presentable and organising refreshments etc.
  • Assisting with the office maintenance and the housekeeping of the London office
  • Supporting the marketing team with event and contact database management where required
  • General filing, organisation duties and archiving for the team as a whole
  • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when required


We will support you with enrolment upon a relevant apprenticeship course in order to complete the Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.


Once complete, you will receive a nationally-recognised certificate from a leading awarding body, and a broad range of knowledge, skills and behaviours that will set the foundation for your career in business administration.


Training will span 18 months, including 18 group teaching sessions delivered via a virtual learning platform every 3 weeks, 1-1 support sessions with a tutor and progress reviews every 3 months.


Ideally you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Sufficient GCSE results to enrol upon the relevant apprenticeship course (Grade 4/C) Maths and English
  • High levels of IT literacy including proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Also, with an ability to adapt and use new programmes.
  • Excellent typing and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work within a team effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
