Job Title:
Team Leader
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of the EYFS standards throughout the team.
- Provide daytoday leadership and management for the nursery staff.
- Participate in staff recruitment processes, including shortlisting and interviewing.
- Assist in social media and marketing activities.
- Act as a key person and positive role model for team members.
- Have fun while maintaining high standards.
- Full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above.
- Excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted inspection framework.
- Experience in people management and conflict resolution.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and employment legislation.
- Training in safeguarding and pediatric first aid.
