We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Nursery Practitioner/Room Leader at Toad Hall Nursery Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery by adhering to policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education or Childcare (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and ability to apply it in practice.
- Experience in leading a team and managing a nursery setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
