Administrator - Sports and Recreation Centre.
An opportunity at HMS Sultan, Gosport, to join an experienced, versatile team, providing stores support in a sports environment.

Position Overview
Working closely with military Physical Trainers, the post holder will provide administrative support to site Sports and Recreation Centre.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide contracted administrative support to the PT Department, including maintaining sport programmes, forecasts, plans and contact lists, coordinating stationery, ordering victuals, and booking transport.
  • Liaise with all external user groups and sports organisations who request the use of the sports facilities/pitches and coordinate all invoices for payment of the sports facilities/pitches.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as determined by the Line Manager.

  • Ability to manage short notice changes to requirements and deadline.
  • Good standard of education.

Proof of right to work in UK essential.

The Contract operates a 37.5 hour working week between the hours of 0730 and 1600 Mon to Fri only.

Required to wear approved company work wear.
