Trainee Property Management Administrator, Romford, RM1
A fantastic opportunity for a Property industry Trainee has just come available.

Our client based in Romford, RM1 are currently looking for a bright and enthusiastic person to be part of there Property Management Administration & accounts team.

Full trainingand career path will be provided.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • General Lettings Property administration
  • Overseeing compliance
  • Overseeing Gas safety, EICR and EPC inspections are carried out within specified dates.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements
  • Arranging appointments with tenants
  • Overseeing general Property Management administration
  • Checking invoices for the accounts department
  • Checking & preparing rental payments both in and out
  • Cross referencing Property Management business income
  • Maintain office tidiness and presentation
  • FULL TRAINING AND CAREER PATH WILL BE PROVIDED

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  • Organisation and IT skills
  • Should be confident, and have good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • This is a junior and role a full training and assistance will be provided as a platform to help future quality of work and to achieve an excellent level of service to clients.
  • Would need to drive (automatic licence is fine) a car is provided to use for inspections.
  • Career focused
  • Willing to learn and progress

The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Occational Saturdays may be required

Salary range will be:
Between £22,000pa to £25,000pa depending on experience
