Audiology Administrator

This role is to manage bookings from incoming calls, and web queries. The successful applicant will support the hearcare business at Romford Specsavers, in preparing customer orders ready for their appointment.

The role requires working 5 days with one being a Saturday.

Skill required:
Good telephone manner

Good organisation

Ability to use multiple computer software (training will be provided)

Reception/call centre experience is desirable

Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
