Would you like an opportunity to work in an exciting role within the Public sector?

Brook Street are currently recruiting Temporary Customer Service Admin Officers for our reputable client the Home Office. Based at Vulcan House, Sheffield.

You will provide essential customer-facing support to members of the public, dealing with customerqueries and undertaking a range of case-working duties.


Hours:
Monday - Friday 37 Hours, 9am - 5pm

Pay Rate:
£11.60 per hour

Location:
Site based - Sheffield Central


This role involves working in a fast paced environment and for this reason, you will be expected to be flexible in line with the needs of the business, as the role may vary from day to day.

A professional and confidential approach is required at all timesand strong communication skills are essential.


This role will include providing an excellent customer service to members of the public relating to Windrush and compensation matters, therefore it is vital that you are sensitive and empathetic to the customers need, and understanding the support whichis required.

Administrative skills are an essential requirement of this role when completing casework

Essential Skills Required:
PC Literate, fully competent with Outlook and Microsoft packages
Competent to work in an administrative capacity (Graduates will be considered)
Excellent communication skills and confident in taking calls from members of the public
Able to work to targets

You will be required to undertake security clearance for these roles and it is imperative that you hold a valid passport and be able to provide two proofs of current address and a proof of national insurance.

Start dates will be confirmed once we have had your clearance returned
Length of Assignment: 6 Months
