We are looking for a service advisor to join our team and act as a liaison between our customers and our sub contractors.


Service Advisor responsibilities include

  • Mangeing the customer service inbox
  • Discussing repairs and works with customers
- listening to their requirements and scheduling appointments as needed.

  • Verifying warranty status, provide quotations and assisting with audit trail to see repairs through from initial call to completion.


Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our contractors with the information required to provide excellent service.


A typical day for a Service Advisor


The typical day for our service advisor will be varied from quoting repairs and reviewing contractor reports, to scheduling site visits for Contractors and discussing ongoing works with customers.

The advisor role will act as the communication link between our subcontractors and the customers.

We offer nationwide assistance to all our customers.

Typical day:

  • Provide Quotations and details on worktop repairs and remedial works
  • Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
  • Liaising with customer and updating them on repairs
  • Discussing work progress with the sub contractors
  • Working both independently & in teams when workload requires
  • Communicating with Installation and Quality Manager to assist the team with technical advice and guidance.
  • Advise on timescales
  • Produce job activities on the inhouse computer system to book the remdial works in
  • Update customer arecords
  • Document all warranty work under manufacturer policy

The applicant

  • Proven experience in a customer advisory role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience a similar role would be ideal
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work under your initiative to solve problems
  • Happy to work independently and in a team
  • Well organised individual with excellent time management
  • Willing to learn and progress with the company.
  • Work well under pressure
