Wellness Supervisor to oversee the wellness services at our brand-new
King's Cross studio.
Ten Health & Fitness are one of the key operators within the Boutique Fitness and Wellness sectors, offering a unique and integrated mix of Dynamic Reformer Pilates and Fitness Classes, Physiotherapy, Massage therapy, Clinical Exercise prescription, and Retail across 11 London sites and online. We're 6-time winners of the Tatler Gym Awards.
We are launching our 11th Studio at the iconic Gasholders development at Kings Cross.
This newly developed space will be showcasing the best of Ten Health & Fitness as well as launching the latest body therapy and wellness technologies including Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, Normatec Boots, and IV drips.
About the role:
The Wellness Supervisor is responsible for managing the wellness services and delivering premium customer service experiences.
Our ideal applicant is proactive, reliable, enthusiastic, proud, professional and of course, has an interest in wellness and fitness.
What you'll do:
- Provide a warm welcome to customers and ensure they have an outstanding experience in the studio.
- Assist and support clients with all areas of our wellness services (Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, Normatec Boots, and IV drips).
- Train and supervise the Front of House team to use and promote wellness products.
- Develop new strategies for engaging and retraining existing clients, and build relationships.
- Set up events, popups, and workshops.
- Support the Studio Manager with standards, health & safety, and administration.
- Cover the Front of House desk as required.
- Promote our various services and Circle of Care.
What you'll bring:
- Experience working in spa, health, beauty, or leisure industry.
- Excellent customer service skills and a true passion for making others feel better.
- Management and leadership skills are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing bookings and reservations.
- Knowledge of Mind Body Online is a bonus.
- Love for learning and willingness to undergo training as and when required.
- Must be able to work early and late shifts as well as weekends.
What could Ten Health & Fitness offer you?:
- £23,000 to £25,000 + commissions.
- Training and certification in operating the wellness technologies are provided.
- Additional annual leave per year of service.
- Free Pilates classes and discounted Physio & Massage sessions.
