As a SSAS administrator and trustee acting for thousands of clients for over 30 years, we have built up a huge amount of knowledge of pensions and experience in dealing with these schemes and the variety of investments that are held within them.


Full training will be provided and there will be an opportunity to study towards a professional qualification with full study support provided.

Hybrid working - initially this will be mainly office-based to allow time to settle in to the role, meet your team colleagues face to face etc but after this period, it is more likely that you will work on a hybrid basis sharing time between home and the office.


Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to carry out any administration tasks for clients as required by the Client Manager and ensure a high level of service is delivered

Typical tasks will include:

  • Inputting client details and data into the system, updating records as required
  • Drafting letters to clients
  • Speaking to clients on the telephone
  • Undertaking anti moneylaundering checks
  • Photocopying, scanning and filing
  • Dealing with SSAS post

About the person

  • You may already have experience working in a SIPP or SSAS administration role however, we will also consider applicants with some financial services experience or office experience
  • You will have a really strong eye for detail and be the sort of person who can spot spelling mistakes or errors this role is all about the detail and making sure the information you provide to the client or client manager is accurate and uptodate
  • We don't need you to be a maths genius but you should be numerate and confident with numbers be able to spot if a number looks wrong
  • You will confident with MS Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • You will have a desire to learn and absorb new information, asking questions and taking the initiative

Qualifications:
As a minimum, Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent at grade 5/C or higher
