The business has a highly diversified portfolio of more than 250 products across a number of categories, including branded specialty products and unbranded niche generics in therapeutic areas such as urology, ophthalmology, CNS and dermatology.

The Role
Responsible for the Procurement activities for all stock items across the business.

Monitoring the maintenance on stock forecasting and order tracking to ensure timely deliveries of goods in accordance with business and sales expectations.


What will you be doing?

  • Managing the daytoday communication with stock suppliers.
  • Raising supplier orders and sending them to the relevant contacts.
  • Reviewing the daily stock levels and communicating whether they are expected to meet the requirements of our customers and commitments.
  • Assisting the Supply Chain Manager to monitor and assess the performance of suppliers.
  • Reviewing long term forecasts for SKU's. Sending monthly rolling forecasts to suppliers.
  • Routinely chasing delivery of outstanding PO's.
