Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a unique organisation, serving as the sole integrated provider in the Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire system. Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent training and experience Conflict Resolution Customer Service Experience

Desirable

ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) PALS/Complaints Experience

Experience

Essential

Experience with talking to the public and able to resolve concerns/complaints on the spot. Dealing with a wide variety of people at all levels. Awareness of the principles of good and effective communication.
