The Project Manager will lead a crucial workstream focused on implementing necessary adjustments in the client site to accommodate new equipment. This role will be essential for the seamless execution of the project from onboarding to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages project team members in a medium-scale project.
  • Develops, aligns, and executes detailed plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborates with Procurement to develop and execute detailed sourcing strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Creates and implements a comprehensive plan for adjusting factory equipment, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifies opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within the workstream, leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) and significant related work experience.
  • Project Management expertise: Demonstrated success in leading complex projects, particularly in dairy manufacturing or industrial environments, with a focus on equipment adjustments.
  • Proficient in CAPEX Project Management (Budget, Cash Flow, Schedule, Resource, and Scope Management/Delegation)
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee medium-sized CAPEX projects in industries such as Food, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical.
