As the third largest healthcare provider in the UK, Barchester Healthcare operates over 250 nursing homes and hospitals, and is undergoing rapid expansion with 10 new build homes opening each year for the next three years.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in Customer Experience delivery
  • Customer journey mapping and implementation
  • Managing senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Project management skills
  • Brand tone of voice understanding
  • Relationship building and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate to redesign customer journeys
  • Optimize customer touchpoints across all channels
  • Facilitate insight sessions to drive improvement actions
  • Support Sales and Marketing Managers to implement initiatives
  • Specify training needs and track outcomes
  • Lead projects to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
