Outbound Customer Service Agent

Unity Connect is looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Customer Service Agent to join our in-house team.

UK Time, on-site in the Sheffield office, full-time:

  • 5 days a week, Mon-Sun
- working hours between 9am - 5pm & 12pm - 8pm

Salary: 24,000 GBP + bonuses (28k OTE)

What you'll be doing:

  • Contact customers who have attempted to make a purchase through our website and have been unsuccessful in placing their order.
  • Help those customers complete their purchase and upsell additional products where appropriate
  • Record information in relevant databases
  • Have contact with customers to understand their needs and maximise sales opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills confident, professional and fluent in English
  • Proficiency in using CRM and tracking systems.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Learn develop and build on feedback
