Job Title: Customer Service Agent

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team, providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless vehicle movements across our network of 50+ sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Coordinate vehicle movements and administration tasks
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a calm and 'can-do' attitude
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
