My client who are based in Fleet, are looking for a Trainee Financial Services Administrator

Daily Duties
Allocated Daily incoming post to be actioned efficiently.

Assist with ID checking and recording accurately in line with company procedures.

To assist with processing new business cases.

Cases diarised with correct level of priority applicable to individual case; be pro-active completing all chase ups.

To provide clients with valuations and policy documents when requested.


Assist with file complying when cases have been completed, to follow procedures, including updating the database and appropriate diary notes.

Ensure all paperwork is filed away as soon as possible and any backlogs should be reported to line supervisor.


Answer incoming telephone calls when Reception are unable to take the call, and pass on relevant messages to Reception to handle or direct to Adviser.

Making drinks for clients and visitors when required.

Develop good communication skills with the admin team, advisers and clients.

Maintaining a professional manner at all times when speaking to clients and providers.

To observe/abide by company compliance instructions at all times and follow administrative processes thoroughly and accurately.
