Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of administrative services at all Company facilities. This includes facilitating the execution of administrative services, handling general administrative matters, and managing miscellaneous administrative services via third-party contractors/service providers.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Facilitate and ensure the execution of administrative services at all Company facilities to ensure efficient office and plant operations.
  2. Responsible for handling general administrative matters including staff facilitation and welfare, maintenance works at facilities, and management of miscellaneous administrative services via third-party contractors/service providers.
  3. Responsible for security administration and protocols at all facilities.
  4. Manage shift-wise admin operations and assignments of Admin Officers.
  5. Effectively handle emergency response as per plan.
  6. Strategically liaise with relevant government and external bodies in support of projects and programs of the Company.
  7. Implement Company policies and ensure compliance.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong focus on delivering results.
