  • Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll essential.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)

  • Payroll: 5 years (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Prepare and file relevant tax forms and assist with tax compliance.
  • Conduct periodic financial analysis and provide insights to management for informed decisionmaking.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Assist with yearend closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper, with a track record of accurate and efficient financial management.
  • Indepth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to handling tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Permanent, 09:30 - 16:00, Monday to Thursday.

Salary:
Up to £28,000 pro-rata.

Please note, this role in office based, not remote.
