About the role
Within this hybrid role you will need to be able to attend our Head Office in Bar Hill, Cambridge, one or two days a week during the initial onboarding period (approx. 4 weeks) and then as required monthly. A key focus of this role is on the delivery of SalesEnablement projects to our Sales Teams globally.

Sales Enablement at Domino is driven by the need to put all of the tools, information and processes in the hands of our sellers at the point of need.

Enabling them to deliver unique value in every interactionwith our customers and prospects.
This role bridges the gap between our Product Management and Product Marketing teams and our Sales Channels. Delivering materials and collateral to enhance the buying experience of our customers and differentiate our Sales people.
You will have the responsibility for maintaining, developing and implementing the Domino Sales Enablement Tech stack. The technology playing a crucial role in enabling Sales teams to deliver on targets.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure in the commercial side of Domino, working in the Sales Enablement team.

You will take an active part in key projects delivering against strategic objectives, in a pivotal role for the team.


About you

We are looking for individuals who are great communicators both when speaking to people and also using written communication tools.

We want to continue to build our team with great team players who love to reach and connect with a wide team of colleagues fromaround the Domino world.

If you have experience or a passion in Tech and data systems. Commercial, Sales or Marketing experience would be desirable however not essential. Have a good working knowledge of MS Office 365 Apps and tools, with sound IT skills and literacy.
Some experience with CRM systems or Content Management systems would also be advantageous.
