This is a front of house role, and you must possess the confidence to supervise a busy reception office. Superb interpersonal skills are a given.
Your duties will include - but are not limited to:
" Receiving and recording payments
" Overseeing volunteer activity
" Managing a variety of administrative and financial duties relating to the Centre and its activities.
" Multi-tasking and assisting with various duties with other members of team
Applicants will be part of a small team and must be organized, creative, motivated, and enthusiastic.
The role requires a high level of MS Office Suite and IT competency. Proficiency in numeracy, working with spread sheets/Excel and accurate data imputing are all essential to this role.
It is recommended that applicants be based in or around Palmers Green and possess knowledge of the local community needs, with previous experience working in a charity or care home environment
Monday to Friday 5 days a week
8am to 4pm
Some-out-of-hours working is also required
