Repairs Planner - Immediate Start - Ealing (W5)


Our client is a Social Housing Contractor looking to expand their team, this is a full-time position with the prospect for long-term growth in the business.

You will be based in the office in West London.

Key duties include:

  • Be responsible for Works Scheduling / Planning, monitoring workforce and subcontractors to ensure that they comply with relevant specifications whilst delivering on or before works order target dates.
  • All administrative work, dealing with invoicing issues and certifications when required
  • Liaison with the client and tenants, dealing with complaints
  • To ensure all works orders received are scheduled immediately upon receipt and thereafter completed within target timescales leading to delivery of contractual key performance indicators.
  • Monitor the systems for any emergencies and ensure records are kept up to date
To qualify for this role, you must have a strong repairs background.

Hours: 8:00-17:00
