The Role

  • Handle high volume invoices effectively
  • Take charge of Petty cash duties
  • Manage payments from client and office accounts
  • Be responsible for preparing office and client account banking
  • Ensure accurate posting of receipts to appropriate ledgers
  • Support with month-end duties
  • Address all internal and external accounts queries
  • Engage in ad-hoc duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Desirable background in the legal field
  • Prior experience in Purchase ledger
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
