We are hiring a Customer Care Manager for an exciting opportunity in South West London
We are collaborating with a prominent developer dedicated to exceptional design, sustainable practices, energy efficiency, and modern construction methods.
We need a skilled Customer Care Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field, exceptional people skills, and technical expertise to oversee and guide new residents through various stages such as Home Demo, Handover, Move-in, and warranty period.
If you have a background in New Homes Customer Service, possess strong customer service abilities, and are looking to be part of a growing business, then this role is for you.
In this position, you will utilize your communication skills, customer service experience, and pro-activeness in handling defects to ensure utmost resident satisfaction.
As a Customer Care Manager, you will report to the Customer Service Director and be responsible for schemes in West and South West London.
You will be responsible for:
- Organizing Home Demonstrations with customers post legal completion
- Logging and managing all defects promptly
- Coordinating with various departments to efficiently handle Customer Care matters
- Ensuring timely completion of post-occupation remedial work
- Owning customer complaints and resolving them within specified timeframes
- Handling customers from completion onwards
- Arranging key handovers
- Conducting site and welcome meetings
- Addressing snag and defect lists at properties
- Conducting home demonstrations
- Overseeing on-site subcontractors
To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with:
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Manager in the housebuilding sector (minimum 2 years)
- Professionalism and a positive demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resilience in handling challenging situations
- Full and valid UK driving license
- Right to work in the UK
Please note that applicants without experience in new homes customer care will not be considered for this role.
