Job Summary
We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Chelsea, West Brompton, Earl's Court – SW10. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Help clients with their medication and provide emotional support
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
