The Role:


You will be working in a clinic that specialises in hormone health this includes speaking with patients and being the first point of contact at the beginning of their journey with TFP.


At 92 Harley Street, we offer a wide range of services to our patients, these include; Hormone health, obstetrics, general gynecology and fertility.

This will require a high degree of empathy, organisational skills and excellent listening and communicational skills.


The nature of the service we provide means patients will be going through many different emotions and with that we are looking for people to join us whom naturally have an empathetic and caring nature.


The role is a Maternity Cover - 12 Months FTC - This is a Full Time Role hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Being the first point of contact for telephone calls and referring incoming calls to personnel within the unit.
  • To offer and provide refreshments for patients if requested.
  • To ensure the reception and waiting room are kept clean and tidy.
  • Take payments by cash or card in person or by card over the telephone and virtual payment link
  • Issue visitor passes and ensure log is fully completed.
  • Accept deliveries and post as required.
  • Complete preparation for consultation lists and extract patient notes when required.
  • Issue Invoices and raise receipts due to patients.
  • Setting up the clinic ready for patients throughout the day
  • You may be required on occasion to close the clinic down at the end of the day and cash up.
  • Preparing the booking forms for the surgery
  • To perform routine office support duties.
  • Scanning in documentation onto our computer system.
  • Checking all forms have been completed correctly
  • Be the friendly face patients, staff and visitors meet when arriving to the reception

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of individuals
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of dealing with customers in a facetoface environment
  • Confident and Professional Telephone manner.
  • Significant experience of working within a busy environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Maintaining a professional conduct at all times
  • A caring and mature approach to patient care
