This beautiful new children's home are recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team.
In this role, you will support the young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them.
This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day to day operation of the home.

put you forward for.
These children's senior residential support worker roles are for a leading provider of children's residential and educational services in the UK and they also have a highly internal careers progression scheme that you would expect with it being a market leading organisation.
