Role Overview

As a Procurement Coordinator, you'll have a crucial role in an energetic team dedicated to ensuring the smooth execution of store renovation projects. This position offers a great chance to engage in all facets of procurement, from interpreting project blueprints to collaborating with suppliers and overseeing delivery timetables.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess project briefs and establish goals with the Project Manager
  • Determine and quantify procurement needs from schematics and designs
  • Establish and supervise an efficient supply chain for Phase 2 store fittings
  • Manage the procurement and receipt of flooring, lighting, AV gear, and store furnishings
  • Work closely with site managers to ensure punctual and budget-compliant project completion
  • Solve site shortages/problems promptly
  • Uphold quality benchmarks and evaluate supplier performance
  • Offer regular progress reports to the project crew and create turnover checklists
  • Identify chances for value enhancement while maintaining high design standards
