We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Department at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

What you'll do


At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Customer Service Representative you too will play an integral part in what we do.


You will be an integral part of our award-winning team, who support our
Corporate and Private Clients customers using your excellent customer skills to help them make charitable donations.


Our office is based in Kings Hill, Kent where you will initially be based full time for training and you will then be based part of your time in the office and part of your time working from home.


As our Customer Service Representative you will:

  • Create excellent relationships with customers
  • Process donation requests
  • Answer any enquiries received
  • Proactively promote products and services we offer

Who you'll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working in Customer Services or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society

We are looking for:

  • Customer service experience (perhaps you have worked in a customer contact centre before or a customer facing role and are looking for a new opportunity
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with attention to detail
  • Good team player
  • Able to work well under pressure working to tight deadlines
  • Confident taking ownership
  • MS Office and Outlook experience
