AV Systems Analyst
Global Law firm is seeking an AV Systems Analyst to join their IT team in their London office.

The role will be focused on ensuring the smooth running of AV technology, including both day-to-day and special events but a key element will be leading, enhancing and developing a worldwide team of Video Conferencing Advocates.


The Role:
To offer professional, high-quality, expertise and support to employees for all AV and meeting room equipment.
Deliver an excellent user experience in all aspects of AV technology.
Lead and manage the AV for special events such as Webinars, Seminars and Town Hall meetings.
Effectively communicate with all levels of this business including senior personnel
Develop and train a large team of Video Conferencing Advocates to ensure the smooth running of video meetings. This includes strategies and training programs to enhance their knowledge.

Your skills:
Strong customer focus, ensuring your support and interactions are of the highest quality.
Exceptional knowledge of MS Teams, Polycom, Yealink, Crestron, Skype for Business, Zoom, WebEx.
Good understanding of network fundamentals and how they apply to AV technology.
High quality troubleshooting skills and the ability to create solutions that can resolve problems before they occur.
Commitment and strong interest in training and mentoring colleagues
