We are a family practice established over 24 years and our friendly, professional team is looking for a positive person to assist in client care and administrative support role.


This engaging position will suit an individual who is willing to work as part of a dynamic team and support Chiropractors with the daily smooth running of the office, patient care, maintaining records and encouraging people towards better health.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Are wide ranging and include:

Greeting and communicating with clients, great phone manner, assisting & maintenance of patient booking, practitioner /patient liaison, assisting with patient administrative duties and team training.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • You will love working with a wide variety of people and have great communication skills both in person and over the phone.
  • Must display a friendly and enthusiastic approach to creating a warm and caring environment.
  • Be able to work well within a team and work with mínimal supervision.
  • Enjoy working in a busy environment and have an "I can do it attitude"
  • Must have good PC skills and ability to navigate word, and learn our software booking system.
  • You must be interested in the way the human body works and its relationship to posture and health.
  • Have a strong & active interest in health and exercise and understand its importance in general wellbeing and nutrition would be beneficial.
  • Qualified in massage therapy would be an advantage and possible sports therapy, sports science is helpful.

So the applicant should be someone who is happy to do more hours when needed with progression within the role and the business.
