Housing Benefits officer -Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in processing all types of Housing Benefit/Council Tax Reduction claims.
- Extensive experience with the
Capita Academy Benefits system. - A proactive and customerfocused approach to resolving queries
- Work will be in all areas including:
- New claims and changes in circumstances
HBAA:

Work on VEP, ATLAS and Universal Credit files
The role is open to remote working.
