About the Role:

  • Supervising a team of engineers during shifts
  • Managing automation systems on site daily
  • Collaborating on the Safe Systems of Work (SSoW)
  • Conducting meetings with senior staff to plan daily activities for the engineering team
  • Performing appraisals, managing absence, and recruitment for the team

Qualifications/Experience Required:

One of the following:

  • Prior experience as a supervisor in facilities management (2-3 years)
  • Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ certification
  • 18th Edition qualification

* AM1/AM2 certifications desired
