Leisure Members Receptionist

About us:


The Lensbury, situated by Teddington Lock, is a four star Hotel and Conference Centre, hosting conferences and special events, including weddings and private parties.

The Lensbury is also a well-regarded premium leisure club with a swimming pool and fantastic gym and studio classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide all members and guests of The Lensbury with a warm welcome
  • Take bookings for all leisure
- related activities e.g. tennis, watersports and other activities

  • Process transactions, ensuring accuracy and security at all times

What we are looking for?

  • Ability to deal effectively and competently with all guests and members
  • Methodical approach to work
  • Great team player
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Accurate typing skills and good attention to detail
  • Previous experience within a reception or similar role and knowledge of computerised reservation systems
  • An interest in Sport and Leisure is desirable

Shift:

  • 32 hours a week
  • Flexible shift pattern including mornings, evenings and weekends
