Location - Gadbrook Park, Northwich (Office Based)

Contract - Permanent

Shift - Set 3pm-12am

The role:


You will be the first point of contact across our Customer Service platforms, supporting customers across our many brands such as Look Fantastic, My Protein You will engage with our customers in a professional, friendly manner.

Throughout this you will also provide excellent customer service, supporting our customers with their general queries or product advise. So, if you're ready to take the next big step in your career, challenge yourself every day and evolve with the world around you, THG is ready for you

  • Work towards achievable department targets while maintaining highlevel quality at each point of contact.
  • Engaging with customers daily in a polite, professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with all queries regarding product advise and general customer service queries.
