  • Ideally competent in the use of the financial system Zero, however training will be given
  • Alternatively competent in the use of buying office systems
  • Answering calls and dealing with any queries, requests or complaints
  • Dealing with mailboxes and ensuring responses are dealt with in agreed timescales
  • Inputting information onto various spreadsheets
  • Uploading documents to relevant folders
  • Associated administration tasks, as required
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Selfmotivated and team orientated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
£12.00-£14.00 per hour
