Office Administrator role for a tier-one main contractor to join their Central London office.

This client has a very strong reputation in the building industry for completing projects to the highest standards and on schedule.


Office Administrator include:

  • Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Greeting visitors at reception
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Arranging post and deliveries
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Typing up letters and reports
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
  • Working in an office.

Experience:

Must have 5+ years working in Admin Roles (must have some experience working for a construction company / residential developer)

CURRENTLY in the UK AND UK RIGHTS TO WORK (NO WORK VISAS)

Salary:
£30k (Flexible based on experience) + package
