Job Summary

We are looking for an Administrator to join the SPA team at Central London Community Healthcare. The main responsibilities include supporting clinical services with the daily management of referrals and efficiently prioritizing incoming referrals.

Main Duties of the Job

  • Process and register new referrals
  • Book clinics and appointments
  • Update waiting lists and communicate with patients, carers, and health professionals
  • Ensure effective management of referrals through the system
  • Identify and highlight urgent needs to clinical services

The Harrow SPA operates from Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm, including Bank Holidays and weekends. The role requires working hours within the SPA's operational schedule.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process new referrals following SOPs
  • Book and manage clinic appointments efficiently
  • Maintain accurate health records
  • Utilize electronic patient record systems effectively
  • Confirm appointments with patients
  • Update and create patient records
  • Prepare necessary clinical information for appointments
  • Compose clinic letters, reports, and other documents
  • Handle documentation and information management tasks
  • Participate in team meetings and assist in problem resolution
  • Undertake audits and surveys as required
