Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and tailored lessons for all pupils.
  • Assess and track student progress, offer helpful feedback, and establish achievable goals.
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom that promotes learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to enhance student learning and well-being.
  • Engage in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the establishment and execution of school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching within KS2.
  • Solid understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Exceptional classroom management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and the concept of lifelong learning.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in incorporating technology into the classroom.
  • Passion for extracurricular activities and the capacity to lead clubs or events.
