About the role

We are looking to recruit a class teacher from September 2024 on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. The position is part time and ideally we are looking for 3 days a week but would consider for the right applicant 2 days a week.

The post would be within our Early Years and previous Foundation stage experience would be preffered but not essential

Your responsibilities will include: -

Be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils in your class Be a positive role model in terms of behaviour, work and attitude Create and develop a warm and nurturing learning environment Plan and teach well structed lessons to ensure progression across the age and ability range ensuring it meets the needs of individual learners Foster excellent relationships and encourage the involvement and support of parents, governors, community and other agencies Working within a team Demonstrating high expectations for children Withholding the school values at all times Being highly professional
