The Role:
What you'll be doing:
- CV formatting
- Sending out interview confirmation to clients
- Recording and informing the recruitment consultant of their start date
- Reaching out to them through their notice period to keep them warm and engaged
What we're looking for:
- High energy and enthusiasm. This is going to be an incredibly busy role and would suit someone that enjoys working at a fast pace
- Someone highly organised, you'll be spinning lots of plates and often having to reprioritise
- Ideally you'll have gained some commercial experience before however with the right attitude and transferable skills we would look outside of this
- Strong IT skills, ideally with some experience in Excel
