You will be joining a well-established team within the Income Generation department, which aims to put our supporters at the heart of everything we do.


Within this role your main responsibilities will include carrying out process and administration tasks relating to banking income and thanking our supporter's donations, maintaining supporter records on our CRM database and loading small scale data files, whilst providing a first class support service to fundraisers.

Confident, committed and extremely well organised, you'll have an eye for detail and a solution focused mind.

Equally you must be able to build and sustain strong working relationships through strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.

Job Purpose

  • To contribute to Fundraising purpose of maximising income from NSPCC supporters and potential supporters by supporting staff across fundraising
  • To provide a high standard of customer service to staff, managers, supporters and members of the public who contact the department
  • To effectively and efficiently provide an administrative and information service to the department as assigned by the line manager
  • To provide accurate and timely financial processing to budget holders within fundraising.
