Role Overview:
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is in search of a Temporary Payroll Manager to join their team. As the Payroll Manager, you will take charge of overseeing payroll processes throughout the organization, ensuring adherence to tax and pension regulations. This position is a short-term contract for a maximum of 12 weeks.


  • Manage monthly payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Update payroll data as needed
  • Handle pension and tax compliance
  • Maintain an accurate organizational structure in the Payroll System
  • Ensure proper reflection of payroll information in financial systems
  • Complete ONS surveys
  • Reconcile P&L and Balance Sheet accounts associated with Payroll
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as directed by the Finance Director
  • Provide support within the Finance Team when required
  • Assist in external audits when necessary
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications required
  • Familiarity with systems like SAGE, NetSuite, and Xero preferred
  • Knowledge of PeoplePlanner software is a plus
