Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for all employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including auto-enrolment and pension schemes.
  • Provide timely and accurate payroll processing, including responding to payroll queries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to improve payroll processes and ensure efficient payroll operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll administration, ideally within the housing or public sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation and pension schemes, including auto-enrolment.
  • Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to manage complex data and identify discrepancies.
