Job Summary:


You will provide support to team consisting of Client Advisors in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of Private Banking clients.

This role will include client communication.

You will work in a team-oriented environment with client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, operations and technology teams to fulfil requests.

You would be passionate about client service and will use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client accounts and assist with daily account administration
  • Documentation management (Alternatives, Suitability, Investment Parameters, OTC etc.)
  • Advisory and brokerage accounts trade execution and daily control over trade settlement
  • Liaising with Operations, Client Service Specialist, Supervisory Management, Risk Management and Investor Support teams
  • Support Business Analysts in preparing, reviewing and approving Investment Performance review presentations for Investors to deliver to clients. Assisting in development of marketing pitches and investment ideas presentations. Prepare and review prospect/banking products pitches
  • Maintaining risk management monitoring of the portfolios for investment purposes, regulatory purposes and other compliance issues
  • Internal account maintenance and coverage management, as well as internal financial reports

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Selfstarter, extremely organized and detailedoriented with strong commitment to accuracy
  • Good judgment and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
